The company is having 100 % in-house facility with fully dedicated Faculty and is spread over 200,000 Sq Feet of area & Having the Capacity of Exporting (2)two 40ft containers a day...

The company has brought latest "Shuttle less Weaving Lomms"
From"SULZER-(SWISS)" , The World Renowned name in
Textile Industry where the terry fabric is being weaved on regular
basis, under the observation of the high qualified technical staff.
The daily "Greige Fabric Manufacturing Capacity" consists of
17,260. Kgs per day, which means 6,343,200. Kgs/Anuum.

Specialized Weaving:-The factory is also equipped
With the latest French Jacquard Technology to produce
HIGHLY CUSTOMIZED DESIGNS on the products.

TOTAL WEAVING LOOMS: 268

 

DYEING PROCESS:

Through the well-organized dyeing processing set-up in our
firm, The all kind of terry towel can be dyed under the all
circumstances. Additionally, the cone dyeing and hangs dyeing
facility is availabel as well. According to the world's "Panton &
TPX Color Standard",
The company has a policy to use only the well-reuted firm
Chemicals' from the Renowned dyes supplier "CLARIANT "
The dyeing capacity consists of 8,000 Kgs per day.

 

FABRIC SHEARING FACILITY:

The company provides "Fabric Shearing (VELOUR) Facility"
Where the shearing and polishing tasks are being done in the
Presence of well-trained technical staff. In house.

 

EMBROIDERY DEPARTMENT:

Offering a complete manufacturing designs and process
Service from start to finish, no matter what the
"Embroidery Designs" are. The provided designs can be
Made and new designs can also be developed "IN-HOUSE"

 

STITCHING DEPARTMENT:

Factory is Equipped with 4(four) stitching floors working
Across the year, and is facilitated with latest terry stitching
Machineries & Versitile enough to manufacturer the Misc.
Terry Madeups.

 

OFFICE AND SHOWROOM:

Factory comrises of a healthy and professional office with
Highly technical staff and Textile Engineers so that clients can
Be entertained with an accurate product information and can
Have the glance at the versatile product line during meeting.

LABORATORY:

From the very inception, the company has placed
IN-HOUSE laboratory checking on priority basis.
At different stages of the manufacturing the product
is checked regularly utilizing the most advanced
